Role Overview
Join our AI engineering team to design and deploy state-of-the-art Generative AI applications, custom Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, autonomous agents, and fine-tuned machine learning models for modern enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy Generative AI applications using OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, LangChain, and LlamaIndex.
- Build enterprise RAG systems with vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, Milvus, ChromaDB).
- Fine-tune open-source models (Llama 3, Mistral) and optimize inference latency on GPU infrastructure.
- Collaborate with product and backend teams to integrate cognitive AI agents into production business software.
- Establish evaluation benchmarks, output guardrails, and data privacy protocols.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, NLP, or LLM engineering.
- Strong coding skills in Python, PyTorch / TensorFlow, and modern AI libraries.
- Proven track record of building production RAG pipelines or intelligent agent workflows.
- Familiarity with vector embeddings, semantic search, and prompt optimization.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience.
